Nan has been a property owner in Sea Pines since 1978 with a focus on Hilton Head Island. Prior to moving here in 1992 she was patent and trademark agents with the legal departments of E.I. DuPont de Nemours & Co, Wilmington DE and Pfizer, Inc., New York, New York.

Nan is an avid bird watcher. She is President of the Hilton Head Island Audubon Society, beachcombs with her Golden Retriever and is a member of the Sea Pines Country Club.
